How to Ensure the Integrity of Original Software Reviews

End users write their own original software reviews based on their own experience with the software. They include both the positive and the bad, and can be an excellent source of information for other software shoppers. However, it is crucial to know where the reviewer’s experiences originate from and what their purpose of the software they are reviewing is. Reviews that are not valid can be triggered by different reasons, from genuine happiness and balanced experiences to suspicious motives.

To ensure the accuracy of a review, all reviews are subject to the following examinations:

Identity Check – Each review is checked for key identifiers such as name, job title, and email address to ensure that it was written by a real original-software.net/ipvanish-review person. If the reviewer’s identity is not verified, the review will not be published. Conflict of Interest Check: If the reviewer has a connection to the vendor or competitor which is being reviewed, the review will not appear.

For clients, the same verification and quality control processes apply to all reviews regardless of their rating or the product being review. This is to ensure that all reviews are handled equally and without bias.

Vendors are expected to respond to any reviews even those with low scores, as it is a great opportunity to demonstrate that they are paying attention and interested in the opinions of their customers. Vendors should not attempt to influence reviews by including the non-disparagement clause in contracts with customers, because this is in violation of federal laws.
